- Radiant Technology is looking to hire a full time employee for a systems consultant position to focus on selling technology products and services to the K-12 education marketplace in Ohio. Ideal candidate will have experience selling or working in the K-12 education market for several years. Technical competency in working with Information Technology, Audio Visual and software products is preferred.

Working as a systems consultant for over 14 years, Greg has managed the implementation of hundreds of large and small technology projects for organizations. This has allowed Greg to understand the business needs of all customers and find the best solution available.
Greg holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Ohio State University and founded Radiant Technology in 2001.

Jeff's key focus is to train, motivate and lead the best team of visual communications sales and project managers in Southern and Central Ohio. Jeff graduated from Bowling Green State University with a BA in Communications and then began his sales career as a copier salesman. Jeff spent many years in the trenches and has an understanding of sales challenges in today's market.
Today, Jeff's experience in the audio visual communications field gives him a unique understanding of processes and opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Jeff has been instrumental in building a quality driven organization that continuously strives to earn the respect of our employees, customers, suppliers and competitors.

With over 15 years in the enterprise information technology and audio visual markets, Doug's extensive experience covers a diverse range of technological solutions. Doug has been implementing video conferencing, digital signage, and VoIP solutions into commercial environments since the mid 1990's.
Doug uses his experience to work with key vendor partners and the Radiant team to design solutions meeting our customer's most demanding and strategic visual communications objectives. Doug graduated from Hillsdale College with a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-medicine and Psychology. Doug holds a wide verity of industry certifications from the International Communications Industry Association, Cisco, Polycom, Crestron and others.

Jason Stewart has worked in the Audio Visual industry for over 11 years. He has been involved in several areas ranging from sales and project management to day-to-day operations management. Jason graduated from Miami University with a BA in Psychology and Organizational Behavior Management.
